I'm new to CLIPish Stickers, what's the best way to get started?

Stickers are used quite differently than other apps, so you should take a few minutes to watch this friendly Video Tutorial.  It will show you how to quickly and easily find, install and use CLIPish Stickers.  SAVE TIME!  If you watch the Video Tutorial, you'll pretty much be able to skip all the other information on this support page!

How do I install CLIPish Stickers?

The best way to learn how to install and use CLIPish Stickers is to watch this short Video Tutorial.

If you'd rather not watch the Video Tutorial, following these steps for installing CLIPish Stickers:

• Purchase CLIPish Stickers from the app store, either as individual sets or get them all in the 10-Set Bundle.

• On your device, run the iMessage (text messaging) app.

• Tap on one of your conversations.

• Tap on the message box at the bottom to bring up the keyboard.

• Tap on the small arrow [ > ] to the left of the message box.  This will reveal a few options (camera, etc.). 

• Tap on the A (app) option.

• Tap on the four dots in the lower left-hand corner of the screen to view the apps.

• If any CLIPish Stickers you have purchased are not there, tap the + (Store) button, then tap the Manage tab at the top.

• Make sure to set each of the CLIPish Stickers to the ON position, then tap Done.

• You should now see the CLIPish Stickers.

Once purchased, where do I find the CLIPish Sticker Apps on my iPhone or iPad?

You run CLIPish Stickers from the keyboard when using the iMessage app.  For this reason, you will NOT find an icon for the apps on your device's desktop after you purchase them from the App Store.  Make sure to follow the installation instructions in the previous question to find and see the CLIPish Stickers in the iMessage app.  (The best way is to watch the Video Tutorial.)

Can I use CLIPish Stickers on both my iPhone and iPad without having to re-purchase them?

Yes.  Just like any app you purchase from the app store, you can install CLIPish Stickers on any of your devices which use the same iTunes account that purchased the stickers.

To add any sticker packs you've purchased to a different device, do the following:

• On your other device, run the iMessage (text messaging) app.

• Tap on one of your conversations.

• Tap on the message box at the bottom to bring up the keyboard.

• Tap on the small arrow [ > ] to the left of the message box.  This will reveal a few options (camera, etc.). 

• Tap on the A (app) option.

• Tap on the four dots in the lower left-hand corner of the screen to view the apps.

• If any CLIPish Stickers you have purchased are not there, tap the + (Store) button.

• Tap on the Search icon (magnifying glass) and search for "clipish."  This will bring up all the different CLIPish Animation sets.  You should see a download button (cloud with down arrow) next to any you have purchased with the iTunes account you're logged into. 

• Tap on the Download button for any of the sticker packs you own and they will be downloaded to your device and the Download button will be replaced with the word "INSTALLED."

• After you have downloaded each set, tap Cancel and then Done.  You should now see the stickers.  (If not, tap the + Store button again, then tap the Manage tab at the top.  Make sure to set each of the CLIPish Stickers to the ON position, then tap Done.)

How are CLIPish Stickers different from regular animations, as found in CLIPish Pro, CLIPish Keyboard, etc.?

Many users are familiar with sending images and animations with CLIPish Pro, CLIPish Keyboard and CLIPish Animator.  CLIPish Stickers are different from the animations found in those apps in the following ways:

1. CLIPish Stickers only work with the iMessage app (not email, Facebook, etc.).

2. Animations can't be copied/pasted or saved to your device's photo library. 

3. In addition to just sending an animation individually in a text message, you can "drag" the animations up into a message log, attaching them to photos, messages, etc.  You can drag multiple animations onto the same item.

4. Stickers have transparent backgrounds, so they look very nice when placed on other items, such as photos and messages.

5. There are many animations found in CLIPish Stickers that you won't find in the other CLIPish apps.

Can I use the animations from CLIPish Stickers in Email, Facebook, etc.?

No.  CLIPish Stickers are designed and engineered specifically to use with the iPhone's iMessage text messaging app and are not compatible with other apps.  To find animations, photos, clip art, etc., to use in other apps, use the other CLIPish apps, such as CLIPish Pro, CLIPish Keyboard and CLIPish Animator.

Can I use Copy & Paste with the CLIPish Sticker animations or save them to my photo library?

No.  Apple doesn't allow iMessage stickers to be saved or copied.  To find animations, photos, clip art, etc., to save or copy/paste, use the other CLIPish apps, such as CLIPish Pro, CLIPish Keyboard and CLIPish Animator.

Do the animations work when sending them in a text message to a non-iPhone/iPad user?

To see exactly where an animated sticker was placed, the other user must be using an iPhone or iPad running iOS 10.0 or higher.  If the person you're texting is not using an iPhone or iPad, they will still see the animations, but they will just appear inline with your other text messages, not where you placed them.

How many different sticker "sets" are available for CLIPish Stickers?

Currently, there are 10 different sets available:

Definitely.  The easiest and least expensive way to purchase CLIPish Stickers is to buy the 10-Set Bundle.  For less than the price of two sets, you get all 10.
